YSL Reviews | Guest post | Shanna

Hey guys, I would just like to say sorry for not posting any blog posts this week! If you read one of my latest blog post, you would know why, but if you didn't, go read it Here. I would also like to say thank you to Shanna who wrote this guest post for me! It is such a amazing post! So I hope you enjoy! See you soon!

I am so excited and so grateful to be featured on Elizabeth's site! She is such a gorgeous girl and an upcoming blogger with a knack for writing such detailed and eye-catching posts. Not
To mention a blogger who actually interacts with her readers. Finally! A blogger who actually socialises lol! I once again thank you for choosing me as a guest-blogger on your site!

YSL - Rose Poudré 2

Both velvety and light, this cream blush sculpts and highlights the cheekbones, creating an instant healthy glow. Easy to apply with the fingertips, it transforms into a radiantly natural powder veil.
Yves Saint Laurent plays with color in a collection of cream blushes that sculpt and highlight the cheekbones in an ""ultra-natural"" way. Easy to slip into a small clutch bag, these sleek cases, enhanced with a gold cover, allow a tantalizing glimpse of the color of the blush within."

This blush is the #BombDotCom when it comes to a high end, smooth yet subtle, blendable, pigmented product. Was that believable enough?!
Packed in the infamous YSL Midas-touch box, which holds (yes, you got it!) the glassy, gold-accented case, just like near-enough all the YSL beauty products out there, which, of course, are such elegant collectibles (when money isn't a problem) to own. This was a freebie! Yes! I was over the moon when the lady on the kiosk said there was an offer going on. Sadly, I'm not sure if this offer is still available as this was purchased last year...
Insert crying, helpless emojis, here.

A definite every-day kinda blush that I would recommend if you're willing to splurge on a high end product. I was given the colour, 'Rose Poudré 2'. A deep peachy-pink, swaying to a light mauve. Great for all skin tones as it blends very well into your skin.

The airy mouse feel so weightless when applied, kind of like a silky, thick-gel consistency when blended and sets like a powder, it's so different from other blushes, hence the price. A great texture which I believe is suitable for all skin types. It is also buildable which makes this product a handy accessory in your makeup bag/on-the-go handbag; a clean, fresh, flushed all day face, to a heavier blush for a night on the town with the girls.

YSL Rouge Volupté - Nudy Beige

have recently purchased this hot-piece-of-metal back on the Official Lipstick Day offer in the Debenhams website and what a great find it was! I definitely wanted an everyday nude lipstick. This one was right up my alley.

  • "All the magic and know-how of Yves Saint Laurent can be found in this lipstick. Both light yet rich, its creamy texture becomes fluid on contact with the lips for a smooth and pleasurable application that instantly leaves the lips feeling soft and dresses them with exceptional radiant colour."

  • True to its shade, this nudey-beige touches more into the pale pink shade with a peachy undertone in my opinion. This consistency can be compared to a MAC cremesheen finish. Very hydrating and moisturising. A must-have handbag favourite for any beautista! One lipstick I cannot flaw... Ok, maybe the price,
It is a high end ysl product so the price is true to its name but with a £5 off discount it wasn't that bad. Was it? Insert thinking emoji here...
The duo is definitely a very spring-transitioning-to-summer look. With its peach undertones it definitely works well in union! Ysl products are of high quality and their packaging are gobsmackingly elegant and couture. If you are looking to splurge on high-end products, I cannot stress enough how much I love and recommend YSL :)

    PRICE: £25.00
